Happy Place – Breathing Techniques

3 weeks in a row I’ve been to my happy place. I know it’s a class but I’m convince Mitch must know what I need. Today we concentrated on our breathing techniques. Oh how I love the breathing exercises, I always feel more centred.

When the breath wanders the mind also is unsteady.  But when the breath is calmed the mind too will be still, and the yogi achieves long life.  Therefore, one should learn to control the breath.  ~Svatmarama,Hatha Yoga Pradipika
